Fashion Friday #3 is here!  This is one of my absolute favorite shirts found at Target!  I had a friend ask me how I find stuff at Target because she never has luck.  I can be hit or miss, but know some good tricks.  My biggest trick is skipping the front/Juniors section and going back almost to maternity - Merona has some CUTE pieces!  Usually the front racks are juniors focused because they are impulse shoppers.  Well, I mean, aren't we all?  But that is my biggest Target trick.  I love Target clothes because they are usually great quality, on trend, inexpensive, and go on clearance right away!  Such good deals!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!  Lindsey and I are taking more pics for upcoming Fashion Fridays tomorrow and I can't wait to hang out!

I can't believe we have already done ten weeks of Fashion Friday!  I feel like we started it yesterday.  And I am impressed with Lindsey and myself that we haven't missed one yet!

Since last week was number ten, I think it is a good time for a recap.  I love looking back at the past posts because it is almost like a journal of outfits.  I'm excited for us to continue this tradition!  I hope you have been enjoying, too!

First ever Fashion Friday!  Brights!

Even though it is now May and we have gotten snow, I was certain this would be one of the last Wintry posts.  How wrong I was!

Thank you to one of my oldest and dearest friends for helping me attempt this project!  I am excited to keep going!  And if you need to get some family pics taken and are in the Midwest, she is your girl and will make you look better than you do in real life!  :)  I always tell her that I hate pics of myself unless she takes them.  I think this girl is good with her Photoshop.

When Lindsey and I were taking more Fashion Friday pics a few weeks ago it was in the 20's outside and snowing.  So we took indoor pics in our living room!  The little girls loved it so they could appear in the photos as well.

This blouse is lightweight enough to wear in the Spring/Summer, or throw on a sweater and layer for Winter.  I actually wore it to a concert last summer in 90 degree weather.  People looked at me like I was crazy, but I don't love my skin touching things at concerts (seats, other people, other people's sweat flying) - is that weird?

I love finding pieces that I can dress up or down.  This Target sweater is super cute and slightly fitted while still being crazy comfy, so it works well both ways!  And almost any of my statement necklaces work with it.  Be still my heart!

Like last week, Lindsey and I took pics inside in our guest bedroom since we took these in freezing cold February!  Yesterday it was 50 degrees so we might actually be able to take some outdoor pics soon!

First up I wore it with holey jeans!  I love these jeans because they are super comfy and not too tight.  Added some flats and this is my comfy look!  PS - I am a brown and black mixer.  Hate if you must.

Now onto the dressier version of this outfit. Switched to my favorite MiH jeans, added a sparkly pink belt, and floral heels.  Just a few tiny tweaks and now this would be good for Casual Friday at work, a shower, casual church, or dinner!  I prefer how this looks on over the other version, but sometimes you just need to NOT wear heels, right?
